I had written a previous review singing the praises of this company for the work it did removing two furnaces, installing a new one and installing 2 new A/C’s (the house came with two furnaces).

But, after 3 years I have to change my review from great to poor.

After a year of having constant issues with the c egg break air, I discovered that the technicians from this company had company installed one of the A/C units incorrectly. I called the company and was given the run around. Eventually J had to pay an electrician to come in and rewire what they had done. When the electrician showed up they said the unit was unbalanced. I ended up having to hire someone to mount the unit off the wall rather than having it sit on the ground (the technicians from this company said they would come back to do that when spring arrived but denied they had said so when I called to set up the appointment).

I had given this company consistent business in perks ious years and spent over $10k this time but after the way I was treated on this job I have terminated all future business.
