During last year's heavy rainfall we, like many people, experienced basement leakage. As luck would have it we spotted Dr. Rooter's van parked in our neighbourhood and gave them a call. We couldn't believe that we had reached a person on our first try and were not met with an automated voice message bouncing us around.
Stephen responded to our call and was out to assess the problem within 24 hours. Once at our home he located the problem and provided us with options and a quote. From the time we placed our initial call to the time it was fixed took less than one week.

Their assessment was accurate their work was excellent, not to mention clean and reasonably priced; all the things one hopes for.
