Rockwood Kitchens handled problems in a very professional and fair manner. Was pleased with customer service from Rockwood Kitchens after installation of our countertops. Tommy and Ly were great to deal with.
Quartz countertops
Will never use this company again. They did awful job on our countertops. They had to come three times. The first time countertop didn’t fit and there was chip (which installers were trying to cover). Second time they did the worst job I have ever seen on the seam. The seam wasn’t even cut on the 45 degree angle which looks sloppy in itself. The next time they slightly fixed the seam and chipped another area which they just filled in hoping we wouldn’t notice.
