We met with Mike for our consultation. He was professional yet personal and carefully listened to our concerns so that he could advise us on what alarm equipment and monitoring package would best suit our needs and budget.
John , the technician who installed our alarm was professional, friendly knowledgeable and attentive. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable using the system before leaving.
Any mess made during the installation was quickly cleaned up.
We would definitely recommend Protection Plus.
