Our garage was backed into and needed immediate replacement. Spoke with a few companies for quotes and Mike from Dodds was extremely helpful and transparent on the phone. He arrived promptly the next day for a quote and provided a couple options that would get us an immediate replacement door (knowing these things tend to take weeks to locate and install).
The install date was scheduled for under one week and when the manufacturer, at the last minute, said they did not have that basic non-insulated door that we ordered, Mike went to bat for us and forced them to come up with a solution. The end result, the manufacturer agreed to provide us with a free upgrade to an insulated door in the same style we originally selected because they had it in stock.
The install went smooth, the installers arrived early, and it only took them a quarter of the stated time to install. Clean, courteous, and ensured we were happy with the service. The door looks great, and runs both quiet and smooth. The insulation makes a big difference too, which was an added bonus.
The office followed up a week later to also ensure that we were completely satisfied. We were.
