Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

Back in 2014 we had Reliable install a brand new Goodman high efficiency furnace. All responses from the company during this process from quote to completion were prompt and pleasant. We were extremely pleased by their quick and efficient service during this process. I would give them 10/10 for this installation. --------note: Both last year and this year we had problems getting a response (despite multiple attempts) from Reliable regarding booking a furnace maintenance visit. UPDATE: Darryl has now called, apologized and has set up the maintenance appointment.

Back in 2014 we had Reliable install a brand new Goodman high efficiency furnace. All responses from the company during this process from quote to completion were prompt and pleasant. We were extremely pleased by their service during this process. I would have given them 10/10 stars. However, when it came time to request a cleaning/furnace maintenance visit which their website claims they provide things were VERY different. The first time I tried to give them my repeat business/customer loyalty I filled out the online form including all details. I did not hear back at all. Thought I'd try again this year thinking maybe there had been a problem with their website at the time. This time, I called and left a detailed message with name, phone #, time of call and reason for calling. I hear nothing back in 2 days. I called again leaving the exact same information and stating I'd like to book an appointment ASAP. It is now 5 days after my 2nd call, and again --- NOTHING. No response whatsoever. I now conclude the only customer they are interested in is one spending $1,000's and after that they have ZERO interest in you. VERY disappointing. Rating on this ZERO. Averages to 4 stars.
