New doors are 3 months behind schedule.
Ordered two news doors in september and it’s middle of January and they have only completed half the job. They have stopped returning my phone calls and it’s the middle of winter. No offer of discount or restitution for mistakes in measurements or delays in production. We are very disappointed and in the meantime freezing in our home. Don’t use these guys.

Hi Private User. Our manufacturers did shut down for 2 weeks over Christmas and we experienced so slight delays due to the extremely cold weather, but our door systems are not 3 months behind. We have staff available Monday to Saturday to help you with any concerns. We take pride in our workmanship and do our best to complete projects in a timely fashion.
