We ordered a very nice fridge including a long term warranty. The price was good. However, the delivery took more than 4 weeks from the time of the sale. We asked if the delivery guys could move the old fridge downstairs. Alex (sales) told us that we could pay them a bit of money to move the fridge and the delivery guy said to move aside the old fridge. So, we did that. The old fridge was in the middle of the kitchen. Delivery was completed. They wanted us to sign for the new fridge. So I signed, after a visual inspection of the fridge. Since they would not move the old fridge, I did not want to give him the paper with the signature, until we finished talking to the office on the phone. One of the delivery guys wanted the paper immediately, so he threatened me. I assumed a martial arts stance and told him I was a black belt. The delivery guys left the house. I wrote on the paper that the delivery service was unwilling to move the old fridge, and returned the the delivery paper to them in their truck, and they drove away. I just wanted to see if we could resolve this by talking to the main office in Ottawa, but they were unwilling to wait. This is terrible behaviour. I would never use this service again.
