I needed someone to clear the snow on the driveway and walkways of our property, and I suppose I was desperate. He seemed courteous at first, but there were had some warning signs-- such as insisting on upfront payment, even to the point of saying their "policy had changed" about payment, and right away giving excuses about not being able to clear the snow. At first I understood why they were not able to do the job, like the pre-existing built-up ice, but even after that had melted, the snow clearing was still quite late and unsatisfactory; and I only ever expected the walkways and unoccupied area of my driveway was done (and believe me, between the cars and other obstacles, that area takes me- alone- literally 10-15 minutes with a shovel). He always had excuses and even tried making me pay to repair his snow blower, after having done no work on my property. He has now completely dishonored his work agreement. I would not recommend this company to others, and I generally recommend you never pay upfront for work you have not seen, as I did, no matter what someone says about "policy" changes. He has lost us, and all my business and referrals for other properties next year.
