I phoned to tell them that I was awakened by something in my ceiling.
Kevin told me I had mice.

Carl can and is dealing with my rodents!!!

Thanks so much. Often the public can't believe how much noise mice can create inside attics and walls. In many cases it can take several applications to control built up populations. Thanks again Kevin

Terrible Customer Service

I phoned to tell them that I was awakened by something in my ceiling.
Kevin told me i had mice. I said it sounded bigger than mice.
He told me that he was a professional and the knew pests. He would send someone out to check.
The very nice technician told me he was here to treat mice.
I said it was bigger than mice. He took a quick look and said it was mice.

I called back to say that the walking around was not mice.

The guy on the phone yelled at me and hung up!!!

Terrible customer service!!!

I would never recommend these guys to anyone!!!
