Burke Construction

We contacted Burke Construction when we noticed that we were having plumbing issues in our newly-bought house and we also wanted an opinion and advice on other work that we were planning to do on our house. Paul promptly came to our house to review some of the issues that we were having. He clearly explained all of the unexpected defects that we were dealing with and also explained the proper way of doing things. He then asked us what our long term goal was for this house and based on this, he developed a work plan, prioritizing what should get done in the short term to meet these long term goals. This was extremely helpful for us. Our short term goal was to have all of the fundamentals in working order with the long term plan to renovate our entire house.

They demo'd the basement (including chipping out the concrete slab), replaced the plumbing (including adding a backflow preventer valve), installed a sump pump, and also did various work on the electrical and HVAC system.

We are very happy with the work that was done and would definitely use and recommend Burke Construction for other renovation projects. Thank you Paul!
