In 2016 after the contract was over and we hadn't used the system very much for three years, I decided to cancel the contract. At first I tried to call.. several times. At first I would call here and there spurts trying to get someone on the phone. The line they transfer me to when I say I want to cancel always goes to voicemail. I have since resorted to email, and I finally did reach the customer service rep by phone. I was convinced to accept a 25% price reduction. After another couple of months I decided to go ahead and cancel but as of this moment I still have not been able to have them acknowledge the cancellation. I have just put a Stop Payment order in to my bank. By the way, still have not seen the price reduction that was offered in June.
