Problem resolved the owner visited my home. He is sending an installer to replace the tiles and fix the grout. Adamson is making the issue go away it is appricated.

New Home Flooring - Review
I have held off placing this review in the hope that Adamsons would address the major defects in our new home flooring. It appears the really do not stand behind their work.
We bought a new Winzen built home in 2014, we wanted to upgrade the main floor tile to 24x24 Porcelain. Adamson advised that due to some area's of the floor being on 16" centres something the builder did to save money we needed to install a second layer of 5/8" plywood over the existing throughout the main floor, we did this at our expense of $2000.00. Not long after we moved in we notice several cracked tile and the grout breaking and falling out in several area's.
Adamson returned once and replaced a few tiles and fixed some grout area's within months the same tiles cracked again and the grout continues to fall apart. They will no long address the issue even though we never signed off on the repairs.
I would not recommend Adamson as the communicate wasnot there to resolve this issue I hope Winzen has found a new installer if your home is to be built by Winzen a decent builder make sure Adamson is not the tile contractor.
