Alberta Carpet Cleaning (Edmonton)

Carpet cleaning was ordinary. It was the ordeal to get my carpets cleaned that was awful. I'm getting two houses cleaned and in the end be paying around 550. I was quoted 253 for one house. I decided not to do my basement and was told through a major miscommunication it was going to be 117. I didn't believe it but I thought they'd show up and tell me it would be under 253 so it was fine. When they do arrive they quote me 350 basemen not included.
After two hours of being on the phone and the guy just sitting in my driveway and the managers having to listen to all our previous phone conversations to see what went wrong. They decide to do it for 253. But basement wasn't included.
Like I said. Cleaning was fine.
Am I a satisfied customer - absolutely not.
Would I use them again - never.
