Shay Heating - No Longer in Business

Joseph came to us via referral from another pro. To handle a new gas line. There were some problems getting the line through an underground conduit, but rather than give up, he kept going (literally working until midnight) to get the line in.

Personally, I like to see that level of dedication, so I had him inspect our heating system and raise our old A/C off the ground. He had actually developed a system that did not force the lines to be cut. This too was done quickly and efficiently and a number of other issues were addressed simultaneously.

Finally, our pool heater, which had been in limbo due to a number of other renovations, had failed. Joseph had the unit replaced within 48 hours and we were back up and running.

I am always grateful to find contractors that really understand both quality work and the value of communication. Joseph gets both of these and goes out of his way to make sure you understand what your options are in a given situation, when he will be on site to do the work and how it will be done.

Obviously Joseph will be handling our gas needs from here on in, and I will look forward to seeing him ahead of the winter.
