Saved us from having lots of drywall repair work. They planned well & executed with excellence, without ripping up walls! Impressive!

Sadly after you fired 3 other electricians you hired Hotwire and we agreed to take on your job truly believing you were frauded by 3 other companies. After our work was completed we were confronted that you ran out of money and you asked for 2 month payment terms to repay to which Hanna agreed as what choice did you leave us with ? Following that we got an email with 3 other electrical company quotes that Patricia asked for after our work was done to try to reduce our contractor quote pricing that was provided months before final payment was due. She questioned why our pricing waa higher on some items but accepted when we were cheaper than the others. She demanded we reduce our fees to match those of other companies she contacted after the work was done. When asked why she didnt hire them instead of us, the reply was simple. You were the better company and you should match them. 3 confidential quotes were provided one for solutions electric a homestars friend of ours. We realized why the other companies were *fired. The client is always right, but sadly we too learned a valuable lesson here.
