I had to take down the positive review due to workmanship issues that arose 4 weeks after completion. Sadly the Company had no desire to come back and review their work. I will leave it at that.

Stucco Repair
I have had a lot of dealings with home repair companies and contractors for various jobs and can honestly say that I have never ever come across such great experience as the one I had with Doug and his company. It started with a call to Painters Direct at 9:00pm one evening last week. Doug answered (I expected that I would have to leave a message and hope to hear back in a day or so), he was extremely pleasant with a nice dry sense of humor. I explained the stucco repair that I required a quote on and he suggested that if could send him a couple of pictures of the work required that he would send me a quote the following day. I took pictures right away and sent them at around 10:00pm. I checked my email the following morning when I awoke and Doug had sent the quote THAT NIGHT!
I emailed him back asking him to call me to arrange a date to get the work done. He called later that morning and to my surprise said he may even be able to squeeze me in that very day…unbelievable! I stopped in to look at how the work was coming along and the work that Doug and his crew were doing was amazing, the stucco matched perfectly, it was undetectable, a top notch quality job. To top it all off the crew event repaired a few other spots they felt needed attention at no charge..they just felt it needed to be done. Talk about pride in workmanship! This was truly and amazing experience, with a great company and a great owner (fantastic sense of humor). I will refer Doug and Painters Direct to anyone who is looking any type of work. One extremely impressed customer.
