Avoid this company. They don't honour their 5-year warranty. We booked a repair twice with them and both times they didn't show up, didn't call to explain, and didn't return our calls - completely unprofessional behaviour. What kind of company makes pretend repair bookings with clients that they have no intention of keeping?! Avoid this company if you want a real warranty for the reglazing work you need done and avoid them if you don't want to waste lots of your time waiting for them to show up.

Surround reglazing

Bathroom & Kitchen - Fixtures & Accessories review in Ottawa

Jesse has re-glazed three bathtub surrounds for us (one in our house and two in rental apartments of ours) and his work is always excellent. He meticulously preps the surround (he's also very careful to protect the adjacent walls, floor, cabinets, counters, etc.) and then carefully applies several coats of his polyurethane enamel finish. His work has always been very good and I have recommended his service to friends. He also has an excellent 5 year guarantee and the one time our cleaning lady accidentally chipped the finish, Jesse promptly came back to do a touch-up.
