The service was reasonable and arrived on time to fix it on time. There was a misunderstanding but they care to make sure clients are satisfied after all. The labor was done quickly.

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Mississauga

I didn't have a problem with the technician but when I initially arranged a visit the call operator didn't clarify whether diagnostic fee is included in the labor fee or not. I found out later when I was charged. I hope next time when there is a consultation, the agent should clarify about it to prevent misunderstanding.

I found out later when I was charged. I WOULD NOT HAVE USED THE SERVICE IF I HAVE KNOWN FEES FOR THE FIRST HOUR AND DIAGNOSTIC FEE IS SEPARATED. I hope next time when there is a consultation, the agent should clarify about it to prevent misunderstanding.
