Kitchen & Bathroom - Cabinets & Design review in Ottawa

I wanted to get new cabinets installed in my kitchen for my condo. I worked with Corey to get the right design. We agreed on the price, the timeline and the design.

The design was great. There were a couple hiccups in timeline and some minor things left to complete. Overall, the design is what I was looking for and I'm happy with the design.

I wanted to get new cabinets installed in my kitchen for my condo. I worked with Corey to get the right design. We agreed on the price, the timeline and the design.

I was told that the work would be done in a day. I came home to find that:
a) the work is no where near to being complete
b) the cabinets did not meet the design specs that we agreed on
c) their worker is "off because of medical appointments" and unable to complete the job

I had zero notifications or updates on the progress of the work. Or I should say, the lack of progress.

I wouldn't contract this company again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. I am now holding to ensure that I get a refund because this has been a disaster.

Don't use them. They will disappoint. They will be unresponsive. They will give you bad timelines. They will not do the job that you expect.
