Getting rid of cockroaches

Cockroaches are invading my kitchen. The land lord called this company and they came in Feb and did the first treatment which killed as many of roaches. We will be waiting for the followup visit to finish the job.

Today, the team of Economical Pest Solution came and conducted their follow up job. As always, they showed great deal of professionalism making sure to track the insects down and deal with them while ensuring the safety of the household as I have three kids.

The crew is positively friendly.

Poor Service

Pest & Animal Control review in Calgary

I have a terrible experience with this company. The technician was suppose to follow up on his work of getting rid of cockroaches. He didn't show up. I called him and he promised to call me back to schedule his next visit.. he didn't call back. Then I called him several times and left him voice mails.. again, he didn't call back.. Then I called from a different number, and he answered.. he apologized that he was busy and promised to come next day.. guess what.. he didn't come.
Bad experience.. I am all into promoting for small business, but unless this company steps up and improve its quality and the integrity of its employees, I will never recommend it.
