We didn't get off on the right foot with them doing our office warehouse glass project. (They never came back and finished the job.)

Company Response

Thank you very much for taking the time to update this review Tracy. As we all know in the custom fabrication and installation world, things rarely go EXACTLY as planned, but I know that with open communication and creative solutions, our end results are always spectacular. We are very much looking forward to seeing the completed enclosure with the warehouse effect in its full glory, and will certainly be asking to use some photos of it on our website!

We didn't get off on the right foot with them doing our office warehouse glass project and since then Ben (co-owner) has been working hard to ensure everything we need is going as planned. We are not quite finished the project so I'll check back in to edit this once it's all finished.

Completely dropped the ball. Asked for quote to install warehouse look glass and said they could do it. 3 hours from my opening and it's not done. Wanted $6000 extra dollars to install materials I just got cut for $200. Ruined my "Opening". I'm livid as they had 2 months to do this job or figure it out. After asking around I was told that's a "we don't want to do it fee" from other glazers. Crew showed up with no advance notice twice causing havoc at the site and work schedule conflicts with other contractors. Was told this was "typical lately" by a staff member Don't quote a job if you don't know how to do it or can't complete it.
