Lawn Maintenance review in Milton

We had signed up for their "Premium Lawn Care Program". We had signed up for this program in May and were excited to get some help with our Lawn and its problems in terms of weeds. The grass was still green then. Now we are kind of disappointed with what we see in our lawn, had been off for three weeks and when we came back on Friday, saw tall 2 feet weeds all over the lawn. So not sure if it was the same lawn I had before, also all my lawn is brown and probably only lawn in the community which is full of weeds and brown grass.... Now we feel that we might have made a mistake in choosing this company to take care of our lawn
