While I was not initially completely satisfied with the service I received, I was impressed with the fact that the company was willing to rectify the situation and make things right and insure that I was completely satisfied in the end.
Good "sales" company, but not so good with windows
They showed up 2.5 hours late, and no one called to let me know that the time had changed. The job was not done as promised or agreed to at the time of booking. Whatever professional grade chemical they said they had to remove build up on the windows didn't work, so basically I paid to have them wiped off.
The company sub-contracts the work out to contractors, so whatever the sales guys say at the door, may not be the service you get.
Also, they do not charge a standard rate, they basically bargain to get the sale. Someone a few streets over with almost twice the square footage, was charged $50 less than we were.
The sales guy said, he was one of the owners so he could give us a discounted price, which just turned out to be a good guess at what we'd pay.
They also said the garage door windows were included, but the sub-contractor said no, and didn't do them.
I would never trust or use this company again. The guy did a decent (but rushed) job, but it wasn't worth the money.
