Post-Construction cleaning
Called aspenclean for a post-construction cleaning. They sent 3 persons to do the job. Once they were there, they said that 5 hours was not enough and suddenly needed longer. I am seriously wondering what they did during those 5 hours. None of my doors, cabinets, baseboard have been washed. My windows were supposed to be done, but were not. They removed dust around furnitures but don't clean under it even though the part under the furniture is accessible. The products they used left a white film over my flooring. The quality of the job was so horrible that I had to do it all over again. And of course, when you booked they take your credit card number so no matter if you are satisfied or not, they will still take your money. Tried to get them to do something about it and never heard from then again. Don't get screwed like they did to me, AVOID doing business with them
