Mr. Appliance of Chestermere

I called Mr. Appliance of Chestermere to come have a look at our washer that was generating error codes F20 and F27 on May 24th, 2016. They did come out promptly but the issue still has not been resolved. The technician said he had fixed it on the 25th but 15 minutes after he left the washing machine F20 and F27 again. I called back and the technician came out again but same problem existed after he left again. I called back for the 3rd time and to this day I have not heard back from them.

Also we were told that we need a gasket to be changed to fix a small leak. I was told 7 - 10 days for part to come in. We are now at day 21 and no call back. They were fast to take the full payment amount on the first day, so basically nothing fixed and paid in full. Never again will I use this company!

The only positive was the Technician was at least pleasant.

UPDATE June 22nd - now unable to get someone live on the phone. Left voicemails, no return call.

UPDATE July 25th - Finally got hold of them a few weeks ago. Tech came out to replace parts. This did not fix the issue. New parts have been ordered. Told me 3 days for parts to come in. It has been 10 days now with no call back. Been without a washer for 2 months now! Thought many times to cut my losses and call someone else but have not done so yet. Unbelievable......
