I met with Jim to go over the the sanding and staining of the staircase in my house.

Jim and his staff did the work on schedule and Jim was always available to answer any concerns and was always approachable to discuss the work being done.

Jim, will stand behind his commitment to finish the work to clients satisfaction and will go the extra step to make things right.

I had my stairs previously sanded and stained which were done incorrectly. The staircase before hiring this company was not evenly stained and had no varnish.

I hired this company for working on my staircase. i had from day one been suggesting to this company that the stairs should be recapped and not sanded and re-stained.

The owner advised me that it will be a waste of money to recap the stairs and advised sanding and staining is the best way to fix. A letter is attached in pics from the confirming they suggested the sanding and staining.

This company was hired to fix that and replace wood pickets with iron pickets.

the company has no address listed on their business card and are not licensed or insured.

This is the job they did ( i will let the pics speak for themselves)
