Very good work from Econo Renovations. Following an initial miscommunication, Peter Briand went above and beyond to fix the issue to my complete satisfaction. His Office Manager, Crystal was also very helpful.

Originally verbally quoted $8-12K and it would take approx 2 weeks(June 1/15). Never did get a written quote although I have asked for one. No receipts either. The emergency portion taken care of in an appropriate time frame. They tore up my driveway & walkway & steps to house and said that would all be replaced/ repaired. Paid $9800 & haven't seen them since. I questioned Peter Briand about a portion of the work and he verbally flew at me like a child having a fit. No matter the stress a business owner may be potentially under, he should not speak to customers in this fashion. Was promised by his administrative assistant that they would be back to finish the job. Still waiting 3rd week of August.
