I used this company two times and both times things went more or less ok. The price was reasonable. They did drop some furniture at some point, but I would probably used them again.
Move
I used this company two times. The first time everything went perfectly, so I hired them a second time.
They worked hard, I appreciated their effort, but one of my boxes went missing during the move. In addition, one of the movers dropped my IKEA billy furniture off the dolly, then put it back, then dropped it again. I don't think that's a big deal, it's the missing box that I do mind. I had to buy knives and forks again.
I guess it all depends on who you get to do your move, they must hire temporary workers, so it's random if you get good service or not. The first time I made sure all my boxes went from the apartment to the truck, then from the truck to the apartment. The second time I did not do that, so at least one box did not make it.
I called the company and complained, they said they'd investigate but never got back to me.
I suggest you avoid this company.
