Not happy with their service at all. Not reliable one bit. They promised to address the problems however they never did. look elsewhere if yoû are looking for a good company to take pride in their work.

They did a good job. I had an issue later on which took a while to address, however after some time they did follow up and address my concerns appropriately.

I got my roof done 4+ years ago by this company. In January I had a shingle rip off due to wind and called them to replace. They agreed to do the work. I had to call back in Feb, Mar, April, June July and now August. Every single time I call they say they will come out to repair the roof (which has bare wood showing still since Jan) but no one ever comes out. Not once in 7 months of constantly calling and leaving messages has anyone even returned my message or called me back. Now they dont even answer their phones and their mail box is full. Frustrating does not even begin to describe dealing with them. I just wish they would spend the 30 mins it would take to put ONE shingle back down. thats it. Im not asking for them to redo my whole roof. Just one piece of shingle 3 feet by 1 foot wide. I will keep trying to get a hold of them but its not looking well.
