Top line was excellent at following up and making sure things went smoothly and to our satisfaction. The air duct cleaning was incredibly thorough and the air filter fits perfectly. Top line followed up to make sure everything was done right and it was.

Top Line initially told my parents who are seniors that duct cleaning would cost $100 but on showing up the price suddenly began using high pressure sales tactics and up-selling to a cleaning that would cost over $450. They were able to negotiate the price down. Top Line however then them sold a furnace filter that is 6 inches too small for the furnace. After numerous calls to get the correct sized filter they continue to make numerous promises to come the next day to replace the filter but never do.
