Don't get a home inspection in Winter, he won't check various areas if they are covered in ice/slow. He also does not go up on the roof. Watch out, because you can be missing a lot of important issues.

DarrenResponse to clients edit: It is not safe to climb up into a 21/2 story roof in Winter, plus the neighboring houses are so close you can't properly or safely place a ladder even if wanted. I cannot control the weather, a couple of feet of snow piled up against the foundation is a limitation to ANY home inspection! I cannot comment on what I cannot see- no home inspector will. Yes winter poses some limitations, this is usually accepted and understood by most rational people.
