I had a major issue with the way the railing was finished, I brought up the issue a month before my closing date and nothing was done to rectify the problem.
After trying to resolve the issue a number of times, it became apparent the work was not going to be done to my satisfaction, I expected the quality to be the same as it appeared in the model homes.
Finally after being completely frustrated, I spend over a month and refinished the railing myself at my own expense.
I am now facing another major issue with the Quartz used in my home, for a product that is supposed to be nonporous and does not need to be sealed, this claims are made by supplier of the product.
The bathroom countertop, shower sills and seat are damaged from water penetration in locations where water would normally pool.
I have yet to see how this matter is going to be resolved, will keep you posted.
Except for these two major issues, I would say the quality of my the home is fine.
