There was an issue with the placement of the backwater valve as per the building inspector. Brad did come and move it and offer to make any other necessary adjustments or fixes as required. Due to his commitment to customer service, good communication and prompt attention to the matter, I am giving him 4 stars.

Left my utility tub with over an inch thick of mud and concrete for me to clean up. Did shoddy concrete work. Poured concrete before backwater valve could be inspected by Building inspector and then had to come back, and move the drain because it was placed incorrectly. Building inspector confirmed it was a poor job. Left half hardened bags of concrete and a chunk of cement for me to dispose of which came from his truck and not the job.
