The work in my Mother's kitchen is ongoing, and there have been a few issues. However, I am confident that Take Mike For Granite will honour their customer satisfaction guarantee and make sure that the job is finished to my mother's 100% satisfaction.
Granite Installation
This company did a terrible installation of granite in my elderly mother's kitchen. When she raised concerns, Mike admitted that they had laid off the worker who installed it due to his shoddy workmanship, and promised to come and see what they could do to fix the large, rough, patchy spots, but failed to show up, despite repeated appointments to do so. Very unprofessional. Work does not appear to be guaranteed at all, despite their claims. Find someone else to install your granite! Update (Sept. 22) This business complained to my mother that they "didn't appreciate" that I posted a (truthful) negative review on this site. Mike admitted to my mother that they no longer ordered granite from the quarry that my mother's granite came from due to the poor quality. Too late for Mom, though--she got the faulty stuff. Reparations have still not been made, though they continue to tell my Mom that they will replace the island slab. I will update/remove this review if Take Mike For Granite follows through on their promises to make amends.
