My experience with Baldasaro overall turned out to be pleasant. They were happy to help me once I started to speak with Mr. Baldasaro himself. He seems very trustworthy and eager to help.
Main water line replacement
I don't need 30 words. They did damage they didn't fix. At the time it was minor damage. They had broken the door to our crawl space and didn't fix it. They came to measure but never returned. Since we have found the extent to which they're carelessness and disrespect for our house has cost. In our crawl space around our main water lines was insulation. They took it upon themselves to remove it and not return it and our pipes froze and now we find that a pipe has started to break or leak due to exposure to the deep freeze we just had. The crawl space is flooded and our furnace unit is down there. They took the money in cash and hit the road. They're attitude was one of arrogance and now we are paying the price. Let's see if this comments makes any difference in the way they conduct themselves. If they didn't care about replacing a small piece of plywood at the outset of the project that they ruined the massive expense and inconvenience that we are suffering now will probably make no difference at all to them. Maybe I can let you all know if they try to make it right?
