Zen were 40% less than the two other quotes we received, and the quality was as good or better. They delivered on time and the installers were very good. We have had some service issues and they have been good, but a little slow. Make sure that you know that what you sign off on is what you are going to get, even if the salesman “sells” you on an idea and it becomes apparent that it’s a bad, unworkable idea once the kitchen is installed. We had that happen and so far they have not taken responsibility. Still working on it with them. All in all, they are pretty sincere about good customer relations and we would use them again but we’d be a little more heads up about what we ordered.
