I have been using IBX carpet cleaning for 2 years now and never had a problem until this year. Twice I made an appointment and they never showed up. The first time they said they called and never spoke to anyone and therefore cancelled my appointment. I have voice mail and call display and there hadn't been any IBX number missed. On my last visit, I had called the day of to prepare for them and I spoke to dispatch twice for someone to come and no one called or came.
Monday came around and I spoke to someone who stated that they didn't have my appointment on file because the person who took that order was off. They were willing to give me a free service that I didn't need and were fine with not only loosing my future service but another family member's as well. Can you believe this quality of customer service? I walked away a very frustrated customer!
