I have to concede these guys follow the Mike Holmes philosophy and "make it right". They go over and above to resolve issues and the service tech was an outstanding and polite young man.
Well done, if only all companies practiced this level of customer service.

Seriously? This was literally a 10 minute job. I couldn't adjust the close strength on the door myself properly so it wouldn't stay closed. After much frustration I called for service. Over the phone I was ball parked at less than 100 dollars cause it would be a simple repair.
I called because of the review on this site.
The fix involved opening the cover, checking and then turning two buttons.
It works, and the young man who came out was pleasant and polite and I am pleased with that but the cost was outrageous. I might have expected about 80 dollars or so but...
150 dollars...wow
