We had finally resolved the issue by speaking to the owner over the phone to ensure that our needs were met.
The owner even offered us to come take a look at the AC unit again over the spring of 2013 to ensure everything is working, even our furnace if we have issues.

We were looking for the best Air Conditioning and Heating company that offered the best deals and service and fortunately we stumbled upon Pinewood Heating & Air Conditioning.
We left a voice mail to have a rep come to our home for a free estimate and within the hour we had received a call back stating one can come visit us the next day.
The next day, the rep came and informed us of different brands such as Trane, Carrier, York, etc. However we had informed him that in our previous home we installed a Trane AC unit and were happy with the brand. He agreed to our decision and showed us the correct brand with the best affordable price for our home based on the size, etc.
He even informed us of the manufacture promo that was going on.
Within 4 weeks, they came and installed the AC unit very efficiently and on a timely manner. They cleaned up after their mess and there was no shoddy work done.
Will definitely recommend them.
