Very nice condo, would highly recommend to friends and family. Also love the location, makes it perfect if I want to go out and grab some groceries or something at Walmart, its just down the street.

Units are built VERY cheaply and I'm pretty sure aren't even up to code. Can hear everything around me, even if my neighbours are just having a normal conversation, I can hear everything they are saying as though they were standing beside me. Floors creak and are terribly loud and annoying. Cheap windows and installation make it freezing in the winter time. The only positive thing I can say about the unit is that they look nice. Stay away from this builder at all costs!!
