Wow. We called Gates because they were recommended on Toronto Wildlife Centre's website, and we are so glad we did. We could hear critters under the floorboards of our kitchen (a very old addition to the house that was sitting on the ground with no basement underneath). Patrick came in and discovered that there was a crawl space underneath the kitchen that raccoons were accessing underneath the deck. This poor guy... he was down there for a long time ensuring he did the job well and I'm sure it wasn't a fun or easy task. But he kept us informed every step of the way, showed us pictures, and didn't complain once. I would highly recommend Gates to anyone in need of humane wildlife removal.
