We discovered water under the laminate floor of the basement. NCDrain came and found that there was a loose gear clamp on the main drain stack that allowed water to flow outside of the pipe. They also checked the upstairs toilet and found that the level valve was set too high and water overflowed constantly .(now we know why water bill was so high this past year). They discovered and repaired this within the hour. Technician, Winford McGregor, was excellent and very knowledgeable.
