We replaced all windows in the house and the patio door. In total 15 windows and the door, brick to brick replacement. Before, we had 4 to 6 degrees Celsius difference between the basement and the 2nd floor. After the windows replacement the difference is never bigger than 2 degrees Celsius (usually under 1 degree). This is huge and has resulted in impressive gas cost savings.

The quotation process very professionally done. The same people who did the installation, did the measurements. We asked Jim to change the type of windows several times, and the adjusted the quote each time very fast and without complaining.
We waited less than 2 months for the windows to be ready and the installation was done in two days. The work was done fast and clean. The installers provided all explanations we required before and during the work.
At the end of the job, Jim came to perform an inspection and he listened carefully to what we wanted to be further improved. The few improvements that we required (not related to windows but with the drywall around basement windows) were completed fast the following week by professionals.
Jim also provided any paperwork we needed to apply to the Greener Home program.
Overall, we are very happy with the result of Euro Star's services. Our house looks better, our comfort has been enhanced and we are saving gas bills.
