Drain King Plumbers

Wonderful customer service. Reached out to Homestars for plumber for ongoing shower concern and had leak under kitchen sink at same time. Received prompt phone call from DrainKingPlumbing asking if I still required service and to please call. Called and said I'm not sure what problem is and was told a technician could come out and diagnose and give me a quote. There was no cost, no obligation for me to go with them. Didn't realize this kind of service existed! Alex was sent out and arrived early. Checked out shower by running water in shower and bathroom sink, and said not the shower probably water heater. Said their company could probably give me a few names to contact. Found leak under sink and gave me options. I could purchase the faucet through them or purchase my own and they would install. No pressure at any time. Purchased my own faucet and Alex came to install. Arrived right on time, professional, eager to please, and installed. Very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use and recommend DrainKingPlumbing to anyone. ..... and ask for Alex. Company professional and kept me in the loop the whole time. Very impressive.
