Trevor did a fantastic job of getting my fireplace up and running, and CLEAN and looking GOOD! He responded promptly to my Homestar request for service and as it was shortly before xmas, I did not at all expect that I would get my fireplace up and running before the big day. But Trevor was here within a couple of days, investigated the issue and identified a part that needed replacing. He didn't have the part with him so left for another call he had booked, picked up the part and returned later in the day to quickly install it. Did not charge me anything for the return visit. He also very carefully and thoroughly cleaned my fireplace, especially the screen ... it did not look ANYTHING after cleaning like it did before - well, you can see for yourself in the attached pic. I highly recommend Formula Mechanical Services and will definitely call again if I have any similar issues (but hoping not).
