Heating & Air Conditioning review in KANATA

Asked Top Hat Home Comfort to repair a noisy fan on my 11 Year old York furnace.
They said it was the squirrel cage that needed changing, a $125 part.
They came the same day to diagnose it.

Heating & Air Conditioning review in KANATA

Asked Top Hat Home Comfort to repair a noisy fan on my 11 Year old York furnace.
They said it was the squirrel cage that needed changing, a $125 part, but it would take 10 days to get the part. They also said that since there is some corrosion in the furnace due to the A/C condensation overflow that they recommend I get a whole new furnace.
I got a second a opinion from J.C. Robinson, they changed the $125 part and told me there was no problem, didn't need a new furnace.
Sure glad I got a second opinion.
