Michael was responsive, answered all of my questions, and provided quotes for a few options that I had inquired about. Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning were able to install the furnace unit within days of agreeing on the quote.
The installers were professional, knowledgeable, provided suggestions for future maintenance, and reminded me to register the furnace with Carrier.
It's been over a week now since the furnace was installed and we're very satisfied with the product and the installation.
