Worst installers ever. Just smashed my old windows allowing the glass to scatter all over my bedroom, the furnace vent, and my backyard. When I complained, they were angrier than me. They lacked a basic understanding of my safety concerns about splinter scattering in my bedroom, over my furnace vent, and in my backyard. They refused to admit that they broke the glass to get the job done faster instead of taking the time to do it properly. It was all about finishing fast and on to the next job. They didn't care about my concerns.
I contacted the company recently and we reach an amicable financial resolution.
