Incredible Customer Service: Full windows replacement + trim
Highly recommended! I had a great experience working with Jimmy at Ambia. I shopped around and had met with multiple companies/sales staff but Jimmy stood out as a man of integrity and honesty. He was knowledgeable and showed he cared about service both before and after installation!
There were cheaper quotes available to me but I have been working with contractors for many years and Jimmy is probably one of the best sales staff I've worked with. He took full ownership of the project and made multiple visits to make sure we got every detail correct. He was patient along the way with my changes to the project and came through with everything we wanted.
I had stage windows installed and we had a small issue (one screen didn't fit properly) after installation. Jimmy immediately prioritized this issue even though I had paid in full. I was worried some contractors would not prioritize thins once they got payment. Jimmy and Ambia Windows assured me it would be fixed and it was!
Wouldn't bother with anyone else for window replacement and I have already recommended Jimmy and Ambia to my family/friends for their next projects.
